Jameela Jamil and Rick Edwards...

Within T4 presenting Jameela Jamil works with other presenter and also on her own at times, she is on the show to entertain the audience and to also get information across to the audience as well.
Jameela and Rick speaks their usual accent and that she isn’t putting on a specific accent for the role as within this show the main age range is 16-24 year olds so as Jameela and Rick are the same as the target audience she is able to speak the way they usually would as they already appeals to the target audience the show is aimed towards. The language and vocab they use within the show is the type of language the audience would use the language isn’t top class educated language but is language for educated youths as they use words such as theatrical. Also within the show Rick says ‘let’s get this right’ this appeals to the audience as if this show was for A and B social class they would have used more complex words this is sort of a slang laid back term to get across what is happening. I think that these presenters have been selected to present together on this show as they have good chemistry on the show as they are both sat close together and not one of them is placed to the back and that they are both able to appeal to the audience with the type of tone in their language.
The presenters are wearing casual clothes as Rick is wearing a denim rolled up shirt and t-shirt and Jameela is wearing a dress and heeled boots, by wearing these clothes they are appealing and linking to the audience that this show is aimed at as this would appeal to experiencers as the presenters are youthful and wearing new clothing. The two presenters use facial expressions that are happy and cheerful as they are constantly smiling to the guests as the programme isn’t as formal and hard hitting so they won’t need to be asking very in depth personal questions so they won’t need strong facial expressions this show is more relaxed so the presenters can have more relaxed facial expressions.  When looking at the two presenters they have good body language between the two of them as they are both sat with their shoulders touching showing that both of them are in control not just one of them. Jameela and Rick both use their hands when asking the questions to the guests this shows that the questions they are asking is aimed at the three guests that they have on the show showing that they are in control of the questions and that the questions are aimed directly at the guests, also when showing clips and introducing the guests both presenters clap and engage the studio audience which when looking at the camera this is as though they are clapping to the viewers at home which is showing that you should become excited in the guests and to also engage you at home. Being close together and sat on the couch shows that the show has a casual approach to the show.
This show is always presented in the T4 studio which is bright and colourful that appeals to the target audience and straight away you are able to tell which audience this show is based for. The target audience for this show within the social economic scale is D and E and is based towards experiencers as the presenters are youthful and are wearing and speaking about new things that would be based towards experiencers.
